Documents required for Registration and Admission

1.    Registration

        a. Photocopy of Movement order of the guardian and his joining the assignment.

       b. Certificate from the unit where serving as per format given on the reverse of the registration form. This certificate should be signed by OC (in case of  Independent Coy), CO or Director at the Directorate level, Registrar in Base / Army Hospital. ( Certificate signed by other authorities will not be entertained )

        c. Photocopy of report card of the last class attended. If the child has completed his Half Yearly Examination, the report card of the current academic session should be attached.

         d. Two passport size photographs.


2.    Admission

        a.  Class I : Birth Certificate (original or photocopy / DO Part II order).

        b.  Class II to X : Transfer Certificate duly counter-signed by the District Education Officer (except in cases of students of KV, Army Schools & Army Public Schools).

        c.  Details of Attendance duly attested by the Principal of the previous school, in case of students of Class X joining mid-session.


3. Sequence of Action for Admission

  • Day One :- Parents to deposit Registration papers with a Registration fee of Rs 50/- at the Admission Counter in the Administrative Block .
  • Day Two :- Completion of admission formalities/ papers. Birth Certificate/TC of the student to be submitted at the Admission counter. Original TC will remain attached with the admission papers. Parents to obtain admission papers from admission counter for submission at the Fee Bill counter.  Receipt of the Fee Bill to be handed over to the admission clerk to get the admit card and the alloted section.
