History

  1. ARMY PUBLIC SCHOOL, PANAGARH started its humble journey in 1974 as a Nursery School with just 10 students and then was upgraded to Garrison School in 2001. It became Army School under the aegis of AWES. (Army Welfare Education Society) on 1st Apr 2006. In Jul 2011, the School was upgraded to Army Public School, Panagarh and was accorded the ‘Public School’ status. The school has classes from class I to XII with 39 teachers and 1160 students. Class XI and XII have two streams - Science and Humanities. As the torchbearers of education, we leave no stone unturned in providing an extraordinary learning experience to our students. The best of infrastructural facilities, hightech labs, wellstocked library, well equipped activity rooms, vast playgrounds, etc. – the prerequisites that make for a wonderful school life is available to all students. Our teams of highly experienced and dynamic teachers believe in imparting knowledge in the most innovative manner. Students and their wellbeing are central to us. Our academic pursuits, along with a range of extracurricular activities, help in honing a child's skills and ensuring that he/she grows to be a mature and responsible citizen.
